2 stars for this post: The batteries arrived fairly quickly. I put in one of the batteries the same day I received it and used it in open sunlight. Worked fine (after charging the next day) but only for about two weeks. Then it stopped working. I have two other solar lights and they have excellent batteries. I've been using one for more than a year, the second for 3-4 months. I expected the same from these batteries, unfortunately they are not. UPDATE: Stars updated to 5 for this post: company manager saw my review (above). He/she contacted me and sent new batteries to replace the first ones and gave some tips on how to use them as all solar chargers are different. After letting the new batteries charge for a few days (before turning the device on) they are now working great. Now there are no complaints. The company stands behind this product and has great customer service. Many Thanks
