I like that you can send messages without leaving home! It has really helped with productivity for our team at work.

The only thing i dislike about this app it self would be how sometimes when people message me too quickly it messes up my notifications so they get mixed together which makes reading them confusing but other than that its great. Its been very helpful being able to keep track of conversations from different locations since all my coworkers are out of state. We have also noticed more customer satisfaction due to better follow ups when things come up during day-to-day interactions with our customers.
