Expensive for what it is

I ordered this because it was on my Vine product list and I clean my cars very thoroughly. As a Revain Vine reviewer, I can order products for free in exchange for an honest and comprehensive review. Most of these tools are already in my separately purchased cleaning arsenal, and I wanted to see if this all-in-one set was worth $34. I do not think so. Immediately after the purchase I had the impression that this is by no means a professional kit. It will do the job, but the overall quality leaves a lot to be desired. The dusting brush appears to be made from fabric recycled from another pet product as you can see in the photo! The cleaning brush handle is too short and should be much longer. In any case, it would be better to have a handle on the back of the bristles. Detail brushes are simply nylon threads and remove dust more effectively with softer, denser bristles. They have an interesting threaded mount on the handle. Maybe more processing?! The foam pads are actually quite abrasive and not soft foam at all. They won't even come close to my color! The wash mitt is ok but a bit short for my hands. I have to clench my fist to feel comfortable in it. The best items in the set are three long wheel brushes. They fit snugly in the rim's spokes, are round, the right length, and hold a decent amount of soapy water. I have a similar square bevel brush, but it's a bit awkward to use due to its shape. I think one of them cost me $5 at my local auto shop. While you get what you see in the Revain photos, the description also says what you get. "3 steel wire brushes". NO! It's not like a wire brush should be used to clean a car unless it's cleaning mechanical parts like rusty nuts, dirty threads etc. I think this 'complete' set is typical of many similar ones, be it a cleaning kit, milling cutters or a paint repair kit without denting. You seem to get a lot of items for the money, but what you get isn't great and you're probably better off getting the individual tools you really need with better quality. You'll probably spend about the same amount of money.
