Everything corresponds to the description. The bags are shiny/shiny and heavy. Each has a thick and durable band and tie handles. The tags set has very well made large Christmas tags, as well as various ribbons and ribbons for attaching tags to bags. I'm not sure you could get this quality and price at any dollar store. The only minor warning is that when you first open the packages there is a strong odor which I think is related to the production and printing process or the ink. It went away very quickly and doesn't bother me.
