This is the same as any other cheap headset. I am using a PS4 Pro gaming system. The remote doesn't work at all, it doesn't even light up, I have to connect the headset to the controller. It's a good, comfortable, solid headset, but the sound quality is the same as any other cheap headset. Gaming headsets really want you to pay for what you get. I will try to return them as soon as possible. I had the best sound in Walmart headphones. This headset is more for PC than console. I did a lot of research, watched loads of videos about it before buying it and everyone lied, 3 videos said it was one of the loudest PS4 headsets they used, that's not true. I've read the instructions front and back, changed settings and nothing, so I'm not doing anything wrong, it's the overall design of the headset. 2 stars for durability and comfort only. 0 stars for sound quality and functionality for PS4 Pro.
