Ease of integration with Salesforce, ability to search all data across multiple accounts in one dashboard without having duplicate workstations or software for each account - Helps us monitor progress across our customer base in real time; we can see exactly what's happening at any given moment so there are fewer surprises later down-line as well! There really isn't anything I dislike about Topo other than it being something new but not necessarily better just different from how things have been done previously. As long as you know where your needs lie then this should absolutely answer those questions and help move forward more efficiently towards success (assuming thats whats required). We needed an easy way to view analytics within topology & access historical activity which has allowed greater visibility into ongoing processes/pipelines along w customers' journeys through out organisation. The ability to use a single platform for multiple companies, easy access to data with the ability to segment it to specific clients/companies. There are times when I would like to add in more advanced features or change the look of the dashboard. It seems as though there is not much room for customization. This has been great for us as we can quickly set up dashboards for our clients. We are able to keep track of all of their accounts in one place.
