Works well for my needs5.), The UI looks great as compared w/ other offerings out there6), Highly configurable7., I like that it's open source8,) Free & very easy installation9.). It supports multiple languages10.), Has an active community of developers working in this space11.- No free plan available12)- You have limited options if you want customization (e.g - different layouts etc13- Price may be too high or not enough features14-) Doesn't integrate directly into 3rd party platforms15- Documentation could use some work16-, Not much integration capability17-. Some things are still missing18+, Very customizable19,- Doesn’t look right when viewed from mobile devices20+:- Pricing structure21- Support documentation22, Could do better at explaining how they can scale up23-, Need more help.
