I love that we have access to such talented people who are willing to work remotely, yet they also want flexibility around their schedules! The process of finding great candidates for our clients can sometimes be difficult as you never know what type of background or experience your candidate will bring into each role until after they've been hired (which makes it challenging when you're trying to fill roles quickly!). We've gotten through this with boldy though, by being able to see right away if someone's going to fit well in terms of skill set/experience vs personality, then having them move forward faster so no time wasted!
