Review on Skechers Men's Gorun Pulse Walking Shoes: Premium Athletic Footwear for Men by Henry Johnston

Equivalent to Sketcher performance

I was worried about the style, the sole is very big. While this design feature was important to me, I wanted it to look attractive. The black on the sole makes it very eye tolerant. I'm on my feet for many hours a day and I'm occasionally exposed to rain and puddles. This style is water repellent and was a big selling point for the shoe and the price was very good. So far they are very comfortable. They seem a bit long for my legs but fit well on the sides. I have wide feet but have not had success with wide shoes. My toe is where the toe is cut off. I will review these shoes. I don't walk muddy paths, I climb ladders and crawl through attics. I needed a durable shoe and the Go Run Pulse fit just right. After work I walk straight on the paved treadmill and I love that I don't have to change my shoes. I'll give an update when I wear them for a few weeks. Update 01/15/23 Took them for a test run. The outsole is firm but flexible. The outsole has a flex that encourages a faster pace with less fatigue. The shoe's thick sole makes it less uncomfortable stepping over rocks and feels like it was really made for off-road hiking and running. I run on my toes and usually stay on my toes, but I've adapted to a heel-to-toe running style. Skechers calls this their MSstrike technology. I definitely felt the difference in pace and breathing as it took less effort to gain speed. This puts more stress on the calf muscles, so a good warm-up and stretching is recommended. I'm usually cold. A hard sole is preferable because the steps of the stairs hurt me after prolonged use. I plan to use these shoes at work. I could be wrong, but this design seems to have solved some of my problems with pronation when walking. I usually wear shoes from the outside of the heel to the outside of the toe. I felt my weight on the other side of my foot. The outsole has a good profile and deep grooves. They felt really good under my feet at my higher pace.
