Very bad purchase my 12 to 15 lb cat went through the nylon bursting out of all the holes trying to go through the nylon, and almost managed to do the rinse The soap had no calming effect I think I would have hurt my cats more but it worked pretty well for trimming the cat's claws but of all three cats that went in the nylon bag, all three made it out . the cable ties are not tightened and fixed enough to hold them. on site
