I wear behind-the-ear hearing aids and I'm worried that the temples might not work. But you can easily place the grips next to the tips of your glasses (as shown in the photo) and the eartips right behind your hearing aids without your glasses slipping off when you lean forward or tilt your head down. I wear reading glasses, so in many cases I want to push the glasses further up to see over. And with these earbuds, you can still do just that. You may need to adjust the position of the handles a bit, but you'll quickly find the optimal spot. Don't forget to tip the glasses up at the back when putting them on and taking them off, then they will slide past your hearing aids. If I had to do it again I would go for clear handles or maybe all black instead of this very colorful range. But that's just a personal preference. The ScivoKaval headphones are one of the most affordable over-ears in this style, so you can't go wrong with your purchase whether you wear hearing aids or not.
