Too expensive to be badly packaged but nice to look at

Came fresh out of the box with a dent so I think the packaging needs to be re-evaluated as it's too expensive to be brand new with a to be dent. Maybe foam or those recyclable big bladders on the sides for extra padding. idk It looks good and its capacity is good for me as an individual but it's not suitable for a family, it's too small, you would take out the trash all the time. Aside from vices, that's fine.
