My hygienist said these toothbrushes make a world of difference

I started using them a while ago. Before that, I used a more conventional, non-vibrating, rechargeable electric toothbrush; but she stopped holding a charge so I bought these disposable nozzles for a while. The first time I used one of these, my teeth just "felt" cleaner. That's pretty subjective, I know. But the next time I went to the dentist's office, the hygienist said my teeth were much cleaner than last time. She complimented me like I was a little kid just learning to brush her teeth, which was a little embarrassing; but I was glad my teeth were cleaner anyway. The only thing I changed is of course the toothbrush. I haven't changed the way I brushed my teeth. I mean how many choices are there? So I have to conclude that the toothbrush made the difference. The design is also quite nice. It's not bulky enough to be clumsy and the head isn't too big, at least for an adult mouth. How well it fits in a small child's mouth I can't say as I don't have a small child handy. But if it happens that someone is at the door and needs to brush their teeth, I look it up. I really can't say anything bad about these toothbrushes, except that a little more battery life would be nice. The manufacturer says it should last three months. I only get about two months from them before enough energy remains in the battery to do a better job than a manual toothbrush. But two months isn't that bad. This is slightly less than specified by the manufacturer. Overall, however, I like these toothbrushes so much that I bought three more packs. They seem to clean my teeth better and that's the main thing after all. Richard.
