UPDATE: 5 stars - only used a few weeks, officially a favorite! Holds up well, I like it! So many good reviews. Really great bag - soft leather and versatile style. Quality leather, well-made construction, love the size and style. The bag fits my art supplies when I want to run out and work outside. It fits my laptop, charger, wallet and laptop when I want to work in a coffee shop. (Take what you need, don't stuff) So why 4 stars? I think the inner paper packaging caused some skin drying. When I opened the bag, there was an inner paper wrapped inside the beautiful canvas outer pocket. There were a few scratches on the skin and a couple of really light spots. Overall it was a lot lighter than the Maola bags featured on the Gusti website. Instead of spraying on a protectant, I opted for my favorite oil-based conditioner paste. After applying a light layer to the leather and lightly polishing, all scratches are no longer visible, light spots have disappeared, and the color has become richer. Success! And as a bonus, it fits my Linus coin pouch (not included).
