Ordered size XL because my bust is 42in, waist is 32in, hips is 42in, which is in the XL range. The dress barely fit the chest and looked very strange with such a high part of the dress with a crossed wrap. If I could leave it at that, I would crop this criss-cross to look more like a true wrap/v-neck. And my god, it's short! Only suitable for work if you are 5ft 3in or less and have a small chest. And as others have said the waist is well above your natural waist and my chest has the shoulder seam pulled down to compensate. Generally not for the busty or medium sized.
