Updated to respond to manufacturer inquiries about an issue. with images showing the update interference area. case is good. But the ledge above the volume buttons blocks free access to those controls. Need to cut out a part so I can access the controls. Added updated images showing the location of the volume controls, which are recessed under the edges of the case. The hard side facing the screen doesn't allow for good tactile volume switching. My figures are not large 1.7 cm in diameter. It can be useful to reduce the hard locking around the case. I have communicated/worked with the ZtotopCase team. To my question. We have found that working with fingertip injuries over the past 45 years has resulted in a lack of some of the tactile sensations in my fingertips. This ZtotopCase team provided me with another case with control buttons that slide out and separate the volume controls. This original suitcase was perfect for another family member. I am very satisfied with the ZtoTopCase team in solving my individual problem. Thank you for your follow up and solution.
