Original chip cannot be removed from HP toners

Follow the instructions to remove the chip from the original Wi-Fi printer toner and place it in this toner. My son and I spent over 3 hours trying to get the old one out. It seems HP changed the way the chip is placed in the originals and there is no way to remove the chip making them useless.
