Review on 🎧 Partron PWE-100 True Wireless Earbuds aptX: All-Day Battery & Hi-Fi Sound, iPhone/Android Compatible by James Mangum

If tone is all you care about, this is great. Out of the box the sound is audiophile, with a clean and crisp presentation similar to the Galaxy Buds, although I think the Partron PWE-100 sounds a little better. There is an app that offers firmware updates (you have to update each earbud separately) and an equalizer, but the equalizer only has 3 presets (Normal, Bass, Treble) and doesn't let me adjust the frequencies individually (although it does) . Show 5-band equalizer). The bass preset worked well for me and doesn't make it a bass monster but retains all the great qualities of a near-flat balanced signature but just boosts the bass a bit, more in the vein of Audio-Technica's "Solid" . Bass" line. SoC Qualcomm QCC3026. Fit is good. Buttons are pressed well and not too tight. Microphone picks up voice well (tested in a quiet office). Ah, but it was all too good to be true unfortunately some killer deals for me 1) the calls only came from one ear -1 star 2) the physical controls ONLY worked for play/pause, answer/end call even a double tap to launch Siri, Google Assistant etc. didn't work -1 star3) There were some unexplained dropouts while listening at a table with my phone literally 18" in front of me. -1 star
