Review on 🔌 Start-X Plug N Play Remote Starter for 4Runner 2010-19 & Sienna 2011-2020 – Push to Start Only – Lock 3X to Remote Start: Buyer's Guide by Ronald Taylor

I received the goods only today (November 18). When I placed my order on November 13th, I was told that it was on hold until November 23rd and would not be delivered until November 25th, but somehow I received it 6 hours early, which made me very happy, because it gets very cold! It is installed and programmed in less than 30 minutes. The only problem was that we had some programming problems because the instructions were a bit wrong. But we found out. So I wanted to share. If like me you have a 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited. The instructions that come in the brochure are a little off. I've attached an image with the incorrect things in the programming instructions crossed out and the correct things written where applicable. Problem: The instructions say "DO NOT step on the brake pedal, press the start button twice to start the ignition." I knew it. was wrong because my 4Runner doesn't start until the brake is applied (we've still tried without success, my 4Runner only goes into AUX mode). immediately (close, but no cigar). Finally we hit the brakes and pressed the start button ONCE to start the ignition and it worked. I hope this helps anyone looking to purchase this for their 2016 Toyota 4Runner Limited (Push Start SUV). It was $100 cheaper than another one I found.
