Review on KZ AS16 Monitors Headphones Detachable Universal Fit by Andy Tunes

This is the second time I have these headphones. The first set was stolen from my car and it broke my heart. I liked them so much that I immediately replaced them. I could talk about the picture, the soundstage and such, but what you really want to know is how they sound. They are amazing when paired with the Spinfit silicone ear tips. You make the difference in the world. And no. I am in no way affiliated with spinfit and do not represent it. They simply make the best silicone ear tips. I have several headphones/earphones including Sennheiser HD Pro 300 headphones, Neumann NDH20 headphones and for in-ear headphones I have FIIO FA7, ER4XR and KZ Terminators. These KZs are without a doubt on par with all but the ER4XR, and that's only because they're deep in-ear headphones with superior sound isolation. But in combination with Spinfit tips, they are very close to them. KZ has been known to use 'borrowed' IPs like Knowles drivers in these headphones, but nonetheless they sound just as good as my 500.00 Neumanns. Again with spinfit tips. That's money well spent. The sound is clear, with plenty of bass, crisp mids and punchy highs without hissing, even at high volumes. When they can compete with $500.00 headphones, you get the best of both worlds.
