The best thing about skalelabs are their SDKs for all major languages like python/java/.net etc., it also has an inbuilt wallet with cold staking feature so you dont have worry abt security issues while using your coins as well! I dislike that they don't support any other cryptocurrency apart from ETH & BTC only but overall everything works perfectly fine even if not supported by them at times!! You can pay transaction fees through this platform very quickly compared to others platforms out there (like shapeshift) where u need ether transfer before paying txn fee unlike here we just require gas price along wth our desired amount!
