Review on Blazer C48AW Amber Strobe Light by Jose Schweigert

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Five stars for the price. My Mule 610 went in 3 times in a row and the only breakage was a piece of plastic flange.

Because WI requires a blinking amber light when we mounted a plow to a UTV, my search at Revain led to a teardrop and blazer design. I chose Blazer based on the reviews. For the price it was just what I needed. The UTV I have is a Kawasaki Mule 610 and it doesn't have a flat metal surface on top so the magnets don't grab the roll bar as much as they would on a flat surface. I have a cab on my mule and this prevented me from attaching a leash to the lantern. I figured the magnets, which were strong enough if I attached them to the truck's roof, would be fine and would catch the arc enough through the canvas roof of the cab. Well the lights went out as I kept snowing in the jug. I didn't notice because I couldn't see anything from the cockpit. I noticed that I bumped something with the rear wheel while driving back and forth. Which occurred to me. Well I went out expecting to see it ripped to pieces and only found a few because the plastic flange had broken off and the wires were almost torn. Well, a little soldering and then attaching a piece of flat metal under the canvas between the magnets and the metal plate and I'm back in business. Like new!
