I like that it's easy to use and works well with my other software applications such as Microsoft Word & Excel. It also allows me to host meetings where we are able to share documents together in real-time. I have not found many downsides to this program, but there may be some features I am unaware of. However, if you're looking for something simple and cost effective, then Mikogo will do just fine. We've been using Mikogo at work to hold weekly staff meetings so everyone has access to all pertinent information.
