I bought this BCD when it swiveled and my grandparents had the same stools when they were kids. Easy to assemble, I was concerned about the slight wobble and stiffness of the swivel, but once seated it rotated just the right amount and the wobble was gone. I installed it as a standing stool. It comes with 2 different leg extensions for rack height or pole height. The microfiber seat cover has the right feel from dark to light artificial leather. If you want fancy stools, this isn't it. If you have a solid stool for your woodwork and want to save a few bucks I recommend.
