I like that it's easy for people who are not data scientists, but just want to get started with machine learning or AI without having to hire expensive consultants/developers. The UI is very intuitive (and looks great). It has helped me quickly understand what features my business needs in order to be competitive against competitors. There isn't much room for customization beyond tweaking some of the defaults. If you're looking at this as an entry-level tool then there aren't many other options out there so make sure your requirements match up well before making any decisions about which diffgram training software to use. We were able to leverage our existing infrastructure pretty easily by using cloud computing. This allowed us to start creating models within minutes instead of days. And because we don't have dedicated IT staff members, they can focus more time working directly with clients.
