Damage and Dirty for Body Wash

Item is damaged and blackened as if dragged across the floor before being sent to me. There was no damage inside the box so the product was damaged before it even got into the box. The thing was dusty and I tried washing it off but it wouldn't come off. I bought this for a guest bedroom and am embarrassed to display it.
