I bought this unit because I wanted a 'small' for my countertop and as I'm not an industrial user I figured I could do with a cheap unit. NOT. Cheap construction, poor design concepts, and poor installation for the total installations required of about 3 inches. It broke the second day I had it. I wasn't impressed when I opened, unpacked and started the machine. I was less impressed when it worked poorly - cold water just dripped out of the spout, hot water wasn't much better and DONE when it broke on the second day. Fortunately, this RARELY happens with Revain products. And Revain is the BEST when it comes to returns. I've had 2-3 over the years but Revain is great so I continue to buy them without fear.
