I had high hopes for this product and really wanted to like it. As someone who has used countless makeup removers, I thought Burt's Bees would be awesome. Boy was I wrong! Odd smell aside, this product did a terrible job of removing makeup. I've never had a problem with any other brand - drugstore, generic brands or trade names. I don't wear waterproof makeup and it was always washed off as a last resort! But with this? It left streaks all over my face and I could see my lashes falling out as I tried to gently wipe off my eye makeup. The photo I added after using TWO wipes. yes no thanks! I will go back to my $2 Up & Up wipes. Very disappointing.
