I increased the size by 2 whole ones because I felt my ass wouldn't fit my normal size, I was right! It also didn't fit 2 sizes too big. The material is beautiful and super cute, when I wear nike pro sneakers or other short spandex shorts with a high waist and slightly longer inseam then I'm basically decent but without them half my cheek sticks out. These are definitely low cut shorts too, don't buy them with the intention of wearing them with a high waist. And if you have extra padding around your hips or stomach, it can tighten the belt a bit. Ideal for less curvaceous people and children!
