What I liked about this bottle is that it is cute and holds a lot of water and keeps it cold. I also love that it has a handle and carrying strap and I can stash my work ID for example, and pretty much anything I like in a bottle ends up there. I've had this bottle for about three or four weeks and then I turned the straw upside down to drink water, took a few breaths and took it apart and as you can see in the picture the silicone actually breaking the straw Association . to the actual nipple-like part of the mount and so I was like, OK, no big deal, maybe I've jammed it somehow or I've got it in the wrong place, no matter what I do I'll just order a new one because *these Company would certainly make the straw they have in their product available for purchase * - plot twist: no. 👿 And I only found out about this *after* I bought the only straw they offer, only to find out it didn't fit the cap that originally came with my bottle. So to summarize: 1) they do not sell the additional replacement bottle caps that they sell and 2) they do not sell the replacement straws that come with the bottles they sell. I really like this bottle and really wanted it to work. So if a H2O capsule rep wants to text me or tell me how to get a new lid or replacement straw (that actually fits my lid), I'll be there. ears, but if you haven't bought this bottle yet, you might be looking for one that actually has all the spare parts you could possibly need.
