Review on Lito by Jim Reinhardt

It is very easy to set up, with intuitive options for both private conversations as well as group calls. I like that there are multiple ways of contacting people (private messages/groups) which makes it easier than other services out there. The interface could be improved - some features feel outdated or clunky in their implementation. Group chat seems buggy at times too. Overall I love this product! This has made our communications so much more efficient. We have seen an increase in efficiency when working remotely because we can be reachable anytime.
