Sleeves are short and narrow at shoulders
It's not small - for my height of 5ft 7in it's quite long. But it's a little tight in the back and shoulders. The sleeves are too short. Still, it's not so small that it's uncomfortable and I won't be returning it. But if I buy another one, I'll go up a size. And so can you. It keeps me very warm and that's what really counts. Just remember that you can increase the size.
