My review is a warning to potential buyers - if something goes wrong with your "Perfect Fit" mattress topper, their support team won't care therefore loyal customers. I bought my first perfect fit heated mattress topper from Costco a few years ago. I liked it so much that when it came time to buy two more I looked at Revain for the same brand but couldn't find it. So I ordered two models from another brand which I ended up sending back because they felt inferior in a number of ways, including the fact that the wiring could be felt through the bezel and the control boxes felt cheap compared to the Perfect Fit. So I returned. to Revain, delved into the search results. eventually found the same Perfect Fit mattress topper and bought two for over $300. I want to say that I really did my best to stay true to the Perfect Fit brand. Around the same time, one of the dual controls for my original mattress pad failed, meaning only one side of the bed got warm. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a replacement controller. I was willing to pay for shipping if they asked me to, but what I didn't expect was the definitive "you're out of warranty so it'll be $30". I politely responded by explaining that I was a regular customer who just spent $300 on two more mattress toppers. The answer was an unkind, cold, and cruel no. Not even a thank you for being a great customer. We're sorry we still can't help you with that. not even an offer of a free controller when i paid for shipping. No, the person who answered me could not say that you know me as a customer. I replied very politely for the second time and asked that my request be forwarded to the manager which has so far been ignored. I warn you here - the product is the best in my opinion - as long as everything is fine with it. If there is a problem you can expect rude and cold treatment with no respect or appreciation for you as a customer.
