Buttons and Screen:( - Cases, Holsters and Covers

I'll start by liking the design of the case. far enough. I can't use the unlock/lock button on my phone or the volume buttons. Also yes I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max The plastic screen makes typing difficult as it doesn't seem to be touch sensitive when I try to type on my phone my keys aren't being pressed which makes the texting process slower got this phone and it's just unfortunate.
