Oh well. Unfortunately it isn't. Although it could pick up about 25 stations, each of them had pixelation and lack of volume. The included "amplifier" is useless even at maximum settings. It may be suitable as an FM antenna, but not for receiving a digital TV signal. Again, this depends on how far away you are from the digital signal, so in urban areas it may be able to pick up the most important channels, as advertised on the box. It's not like that here. Certainly not even one.
