Review on ViewSonic VA2212M LED 22 Inch LED Lit Monitor 1920X1080P, 75Hz, Wide Screen, ‎VA2212M-LED by Chucky Chunn

It's time to switch to a widescreen monitor and I've done a lot of research. Viewsonic has been around for a long time and there are a lot of positive reviews about them, so I gave this monitor a try. , and a somewhat weak stand. However, this is an amazing device. It has a very thin glossy black bezel which I really like. The on-screen controls are tucked at the right angle and are fairly easy to navigate. It has an unobtrusive little blue light that turns yellow when it turns off. Yes, the glossy black stand isn't the most durable, but it certainly won't drop the monitor or anything. The best way to describe it is "bouncy" because when you hit it, it bounces back and forth a bit. If you're like me, I never touch my monitor except to occasionally wipe the screen. The stand is not a problem. As soon as I plugged this thing in and turned it on, it almost blinded me. I had the brightness set to 100%. These LEDs are very bright. I soon reduced it to 60% and it looks amazing. I didn't bother with the installation disk. I see no need. This thing plugs in and works if you're not neurotic about such things. My photos have never looked so good. The widescreen part is amazing. No more scrolling to see all my emails or text documents. This monitor is a real delight for the price. If you're looking in that size category I wouldn't hesitate to pick this one. I really couldn't be happier.
