Our 14 year old son uses this mouthguard in wrestling tournaments. He says it's comfortable enough that it doesn't fall out every time he opens his mouth. This is the only protection we could find that fits both the top and bottom mounts, which is a must in tournaments. When training, he only prefers top protection and uses his SISU protection for this. He will be getting an Herbst splint soon and I will let you know how the splint works as soon as there is a new splint.
