As an inexpensive accessory, it is suitable for those who prefer to live in the Samsung ecosystem and use the Samsung Health app. If you do not need adequate work in the pool, there are practically no significant disadvantages. Different pros: 1) Duration of work (however, I use it only for training) 2) Normal accuracy of heart rate tracking - compared with a chest strap while running 3) Support for working in the pool without connecting to the phone (However, at the time of completion of the workout, you need the phone to be connected, otherwise the data will not go to the application (I came across this a couple of times)) 4) automatic determination of the distance in the pool (in fact, for the sake of this, I took it) 4) Despite the fears - the strap is soundly fastened and does not fly off. Some cons: 1) - despite the fact that the swimming tracking mode works, you can use it only with strong nerves: - Automatic tracking of swimming training is not supported - you have to start it manually. - After leaving the pool, it's quite a big problem to turn off the workout. With wet hands or with a damp screen, this is IMPOSSIBLE. After 2 weeks of use, I do the following - after leaving the pool, I wipe my hand with a dry towel, then the screen, after that I try to turn off the blocking mode in the water and pause. Then, after leaving the pool, I turn on the phone and try to complete the workout, which also doesn’t work the first time, sometimes the workout automatically turns off from a pause, and totals extra time. It is possible that I am doing something wrong, but be prepared that this moment will cause difficulties. 2) there is a lack of a physical button (for comparison, I went with a Samsung watch) - heaven and earth. But we must admit that the price is different. 3) fixed set of display styles 4) NO opportunity to turn off the bracelet. When used in the "Workout to Workout - Lay on the Shelf" style, I find this to be a useful feature. However, this item is leveled by a long operating time (minus 60% of the charge in 2 weeks)
