Strong chemical smell
I bought an espresso stool and it was the perfect color and size to hold my shoes in the lobby and for me to sit while putting my shoes on. The downside was the strong chemical smell that lingered all night and a greasy/soapy film on the ottoman that washed off easily. What was that? I hope the smell is non-toxic and goes away. It's been 6 days and double wiping the film coating seems to have solved the odor problem.
