I like their customer support team very much they are always ready with any questions that i have about my account or anything related! They also do great job at keeping up-to date of new features being added by Facebook so it's easy when using this tool knowing if something is going wrong due to facebook changes etc. Sometimes there may be some minor glitches but nothing majorly negative really. So far everything has been good!! It does what its supposed too which is keep me updated regarding updates from time to time through notifications sent via email/text messages. This helps ensure no issues arise while running campaigns such as ad groups etc.
