With a little patience….
Product came in a very small package. It was folded and creased from the tight packing for shipping. I had bought this for my wife as her old one but the dust. It came just as we were packing for a beach trip. Initially the brim hung down too much. Getting the hat wet and letting it dry on a table helped a bunch. Then just wearing it got it to fit and sit right for the most part. It is a travel hat. It’s supposed to be floppy. It does a brilliant job of protecting one from the sun. It most likely won’t be a feature on a fashion runway. It is big. For sun protection. The crown portion is also designed for a loose fit.She loved it and I got an attaboy.
