It's easy to use for our security team with minimal training required.

The support staff are very helpful in any queries we have about their product. I would say it has helped us identify most of our risks within less than 2 minutes after logon into my account! There isn't much dislike as such but i do feel like there can be more modules available (such as threat intelligence) which could help me understand better what they're trying to protect against? If you want an all-inclusive solution then this one might not fit your needings because it does include some extra features (i think). We've been able to quickly find out if anyone from outside should come onto our network and access sensitive information using just two clicks!
