We ordered a medium size. My son is 6ft 2in, 190lbs and of average build. It has a 15 1/2 neckline and 34/35 sleeves. He wears tight 32/34 straight pants. wide in width. Even if it was adjusted to the smallest width. I think a small vest would be too short. The material is thin but true to the color in the picture. We ordered turquoise and it looks like turquoise. a green cast. Aside from being too big, the quality control was poor. Even if it would fit correctly I would have to unbutton some stitching to hold the bow tie in place as it is sewn on incorrectly at the very front of the tie so we cannot use this and are returning the product.
