Bought these to offer my husband a hand massage. I warm them up with hot water that I put in a thermos and pour into a bowl to keep them warm. He really likes this special treatment. I put a nice herbal compress around his neck, apply a massage cream or hand lotion, and then apply these stones like my manicurist does when she does my nails. Really relaxes him and helps heal his injured arm. It was a great purchase!
