Review on 🌟 Long-lasting Waterproof Lash Shield Top Coat for Mascara & Brows: Ultimate Protection for Stunning Eyes by Lisa Walton

I originally bought this water repellent top coat to use with some non-waterproof mascaras that I like, but I don't wear them often because they end up sweating. Once this product is applied and dried it performs like a champ but remains very thick and sticky. Could it be the applicator? It actually builds up under my eyes and takes the mascara with it, leaving me with raccoon eyes and the unwanted effect of thick black eyeliner on my upper lashes. I'm not sure if I allow enough drying time between applying the mascara before applying this top coat, but I usually don't have enough time when preparing and don't spend more than 10 minutes applying makeup- up I would rather use my trusty waterproof Avon Wash Off Mascara than change my whole routine.
