Terribly CHEAP CHARACTER even if sold in a dollar department store it would be overpriced due to the lack of quality. The suction cups do NOT stay on all the time and our senior cat fell on the floor in his sleep when the suction cup came loose, even after double checking to make sure it's as secure as possible and cleaning and drying the window is NOT something we do have done wrong! The cat fell into a dead sleep so much that she just lay there and cried for 3 minutes and now she is limping! It's been 2 hours and he won't or can't even sit without crying and he's in PAIN and it's SUNDAY night and he can't get him to the vet clinic for an X-ray until morning! This product is not worth risking the safety of your beloved cats. HOPE OUR CAT HAS NO BROKEN BONES BY THIS FALL. The box even says "AS SEEN ON TV" which tells me it's a JOKE but I figured we already had about $30 plus so we'll give it a try, not our older kitten is suffering and shaking. The OTHER part of this horrible deal is that the VIDEO and photos CLEARLY show a much thicker HEAVY WIRE with large S shaped hooks and they do NOT have the same system. WHAT ARE THESE YOU THINK? Why show HOOKS with thick wire and then send cheap wire that looks like KITE STRING and WITHOUT the S-shaped hook system. That "AS SEEN ON TV" speaks for itself and they should show on TV how the suction cups REALLY LET GO AND FALL OFF THE WINDOW when your precious cat sits on them. Oh, and one last PUNCH in food pants. They say the PADDED seat is SOLD OPTIONAL and NOT INCLUDED, so you're just getting a cheap piece of material WITH NO substance or padding! I can only send both back. I WAS SHOCKED TWICE!
