I'm by no means a belt connoisseur, so I can't tell if this belt is real leather or not. However, I know that it is comfortable and functional. It's strong too. It comes with a manual leather punch (and instructions) if you need to add holes. However, I did not use this hole punch as the size was just what I needed. The belt impresses above all with its low price. Will definitely consider this strap for future strap purchases!
