Review on HRM Thread by Michael Freemason

I like that it has multiple screens/views to help with different aspects of tracking employee pay, hours worked etc through out there employment history! It also does have some great reporting for your employees too as well as an easy way to set up automatic payments directly from their paycheck into separate bank accounts (if you do not want them direct deposited).

It's not very user friendly if someone doesn't use computer everyday because they are working hard at learning how to navigate everything in this program. As far as paying people go though - we were able to track who was paid correctly or incorrectly which helped us resolve issues quickly so no complaints here either! You can easily get used to having all information available about every person right where you need it without going searching around. This makes my job much easier when managing our department!
