This bag looks and feels good. There seems to be enough space for my wallet, my cell phone, a small bag with various things. Things. I also have handles and keys and it works great. It comes with a shoulder strap, but I like to hold the bag by the handle. The blue matched the pictures and is a really nice and soft blue. I haven't had any issues with pens, but I change our wallets often so they haven't seen much constant use. The outside zip pocket is quite large and fits my iPhone 11 with case without it being visible. So far so good, value for money!
