I recently stumbled across a set of 2 pairs of women's stud earrings that seemed like the perfect gift for my sister who is a nurse. Earrings are made of stainless steel and are both gold and silver plated which are polished to a high shine. Although the earrings were cute and creative, I only gave them 3 stars out of 5 for a number of reasons. First, the quality of the earrings could be better. Both the gold and silver plating began to fade after only being worn a few times. Also, the cleats were too long and could dig into the wearer's skin, making them uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time. Eventually, although marketed as a unique gift for dentists, doctors and nurses, the earrings were too useless and didn't strike me as professional enough to be worn in a clinical setting. Overall, while these stud earrings were cute and creative, they didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of quality and comfort. However, for those who are looking for a fun and whimsical accessory to wear occasionally, these earrings could be just the ticket.
